Print has unique challenges and benefits to our online products. The benefit is a physical copy of our work and your branding to share with buyers and sellers. The challenge is there is no room for error so we need to be very thorough to make sure no mistakes are made.
Nick Frymark personally handles all our print assembly and, once you have provided us with all your materials, he will send you a PDF proof for you to thoroughly review and approve before we send to print. We cannot except any responsibility for spelling or layout errors after that approval. We have a 6 year relationship with Quantum Digital based in Austin Texas for our printing. They always do an excellent job, but they are in Austin so delivery speed is limited. Here is a breakdown of our time tables for delivery.
Print Delivery Requirements
Materials needed by 3pm Mon-Fri: fully proofed text for print materials should be sent in the “body” of an email with any other specifications and agent branding by 3pm Mon-Fri to get a proof that evening.
Approved for print by 9am Mon-Fri: written approval of materials must be received by 9am in order for printing to be done same day. Minor corrections may be made and still sent out, but it is not guaranteed, so please make sure to proof all materials thoroughly and select photos if you have preferences when first sending us your materials.
2page brochures arrive in 2 business days Mon-Fri. Thursday orders will arrive the following Monday. Next day (+$30) or Saturday delivery (+$50) is an extra charge. Thursday orders will arrive the following Monday.
4page brochures arrive next business day Mon-Fri. Friday orders will arrive the following Monday. Saturday delivery is a $105 extra charge.
