Personal branding is incredibly valuable to real estate professionals because most are small-business owners, in a HEAVILY saturated market. Agents who are able to set themselves apart from the crowd and define their unique niches These are just a few questions to think about and help you on your way!
We recommend you take 15 minutes alone or without interruption and brain dump what comes to mind!
1- What do you want to be known for? What sort of character do you authentically present to the world? If someone heard your name, what would you like them to think about first?
2- How do you communicate? What is your voice? What words/phrases are common and comfortable for you?
3- Why do you do what you do? What motivates you? What is most important to you?
4- What can you guarantee? What promises do you make, to yourself and to your clients? Or to other real estate professionals?
In answering these questions, you will start to notice patterns that create a framework for your brand messaging. This makes it SO much easier to start creating content and brand marketing materials! Next week, we’ll share ideas for how to create vibrant content that communicates your own brand!
